Step 2: 32 Hour Guard Card Course

This course includes 32 hours of training required by the state of California for all new security officers.

New officers must complete 40 hours of required training within the first six months of being licensed.

If you have already completed your 8 hour Guard Card course and need to finish the rest of your training, this course is for you.

Note: Many employers will not hire you until you have completed all 40 hours of training.

* On-line students must read the test questions and answers while taking tests. No other reading is required for the on-line course.
